Training period financing  [ Return towards  Training  ]

 

There are several ways to finance training periods :

 

  • The employee can benefit of an action depending to the annual plan of training of his/her company.
  • The employee can benefit of an "Individual demand of training" or DIF.
  • The employee can benefit of  " Training  vacation" or CIF if he wishes to obtain a qualification or to change career.
  • If the employee has a temporary contract and has made 1600 hours during the last 18 months, among 600 hours in the company of temporary work which validates his/her vacation, he/she can benefit from a CIF "Training vacation". In this case, he has to get in relation with his agency which will help him in the administrative procedures with the FAF-TT.
